PV Doctor Further Expands International Advisory Panel and Deepens Asset Management Capabilities
PV Doctor Pte. Ltd. ("PV Doctor") today announces the appointment of Mr. Arnaud Ayral, an experienced executive with nearly 30 years of international track record across clean energy, marine, and industrial sectors spanning eight countries, as the fifth member of its International Advisory Panel (IAP). In the same announcement, PV Doctor introduces a formal two-tier framework namely Systems Under Monitoring (SUM) and Assets Under Management (AUM), reflecting the expanded scope of its client engagements.
The appointment of Arnaud Ayral to the International Advisory Panel marks a significant step in PV Doctor's evolution into a globally relevant PV asset intelligence platform. As the company deepens engagement with infrastructure funds, corporate energy players and institutional investors, Arnaud brings extensive experience in market development, large-scale corporate PPA origination and senior-level engagement across corporate and investment environments. This gives the panel precisely the perspective PV Doctor needs at this stage of its growth.
This is the fifth seat on a panel designed from the outset to be selective with each member filling a specific, non-overlapping gap: deep photovoltaic science, Southeast Asian energy sector leadership, advanced manufacturing, regulated financial services, and now global market and corporate-to-fund-level perspectives.

He has driven large-scale corporate PPA origination in Asia's commercial and industrial solar market. Currently leading commercial activities with a technology leader at the cutting edge of offshore floating solar, Arnaud brings a rare combination of institutional relationships, commercial acumen, and global market reach.
Mr. Carsten ECKERT is a Senior Advisor, Board Member and Business Angel Investor with CEO/C-Level functions at leading regulated financial services institutions across a long international career, bringing decades of investment responsibilities across all relevant asset classes with a focus on sustainable governance.
Dr. Ian Marius PETERS is an internationally renowned PV researcher with over 20 years of experience at leading R&D institutions worldwide, author of more than 300 scientific publications, and recipient of the prestigious Hamakawa Award and ERC Consolidator Grant.
Er. Pui-Sun EU is a veteran in the Southeast Asian power sector with decades of leadership in the energy industry, having served as General Manager and Managing Director for the retail business of a major multinational power producer and played a pioneering role in the early adoption of solar PV, EVs, and RECs in Singapore.
Dr. Shubham DUTTAGUPTA is a global leader in solar photovoltaics and advanced manufacturing with approximately 20 years of experience across Australia, Singapore, and India, driving large-scale global deployment of AI-enabled luminescence-based inspection technologies.
PV Doctor is formalising two distinct segments of its portfolio. Systems Under Monitoring (SUM) currently covers 2,600+ systems totalling 2.5+ GWp across 24 countries. In SUM, PV Doctor monitors assets continuously, triggering performance alarms and providing expert advisory to clients, who retain operational control of their assets. Assets Under Management (AUM) goes further into full operational responsibility, from managing ground teams on behalf of asset owners to tracking overall performance at the level used in boardroom reporting. Approximately 10% of PV Doctor's portfolio today has already reached AUM status, and the proportion is growing as asset owners experience a measurable uplift in yield, as well as the governance visibility they need for stakeholder management.
To support this shift, PV Doctor is developing a dedicated set of AUM features within its Smart O&M Portal. These include maintenance ticket tracking, performance guarantee tracking, and fleet management tools for clients whose systems are scattered across an entire country, and at times across much larger regions. Together, they will give asset owners a single view of every site, every open issue and every contractual commitment.
