André is a seasoned solar energy expert with a doctorate in photovoltaic engineering and over 40 peer-reviewed publications on PV performance in tropical climates. Formerly Head of the PV System Technology Group at SERIS, he played a key role building one of Asia's leading solar developers, eventually becoming VP of Asset Management & Performance and overseeing 700 MWp across 500+ sites in seven countries. His unique blend of research and operational expertise drives PV Doctor's innovation and impact.
DR. THOMAS REINDL
CO-FOUNDER
Dr. Thomas Reindl, Deputy CEO of SERIS at NUS, brings over three decades of expertise in solar energy, with a career spanning Siemens R&D, Siemens Solar, and ILIOTEC Solar as COO. Since joining SERIS in 2010, he has been instrumental in advancing downstream research, securing over SGD 20 million in grants, with landmark projects such as the World's largest floating PV test-bed and the Solar PV Roadmap for Singapore. Holding a Master’s in Chemistry, Ph.D. in Natural Sciences, and an INSEAD MBA, all awarded with highest honours, his focus on high-performance photovoltaics and renewable integration in tropical climates continues to shape the future of the industry across academia, government, and industry.

Thorn had worked at a leading pan-Asia solar developer over 6 years, responding for solar PV performance assessment, data analytics, and operations & maintenance for nearly 800 MWp across 500+ sites in India and SEA. His start-up and consulting background drives PV Doctor's strategic expansion across SEA and beyond.

Jason Ward is a skilled renewable energy professional. He had managed over 120 MWp across 120+ systems over 5 years. His additional 5 years in BESS bring expertise in integrating energy storage with PV systems. Jason's technical proficiency and strategic insight enhance PV Doctor's delivery with efficiency and trust management.

Jo specialises in Business Analytics and CRM solutions for PV systems, with 3 years in solar tech and 10 years in SWIFT Banking and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Systems management. Manav has 5 years of experience in data analytics, including 4 years in renewable energy, managing data for over 700 MWp across 800+ systems in India and Southeast Asia.
